Most of the time a coach route is being started to develop competencies related to the professional environment which are not good enough. That looks very complicated but it’s the art of DE-veloping and coming closer to your core competencies and strengths.

We use the solution-focused approach based on the work of Insoo Kim Berg and the “strengthsfinder” of Buckingham & Clifton. This approach motivates the coachee because it connects to competencies already present.
