Systemic constellations for (project)managers

How ?

Using simple principles (interest of hierarchy, balance between giving and taking, everyone deserves a position) within an individual as well as a group context the (collective) consciousness is addressed. For projectmanagers instead of paper work a live stakeholder analysis (“tableau vivant”) can be created which gives useful insights. Within a safe setting interventions can be tested and existing patterns can be unraveled.

Systemic and organizational constellations are especially interesting for managers, projectmanagers, consultants and other professionals feeling stuck within their assignment or organizational context. For them it might be difficult to appoint what aspects are blocking their process.
