Joined&NZ is Jan Verbeek’s privately owned company. Jan Verbeek, Change Facilitator @ NedTrain, is independent coach, counselor and career-developer @ Joined&NZ.
He followed the intensive course coaching & counseling @ the European Institute (this is part of De Baak).
Pragmavision & Center for Organizational Development trained Jan in systemic work and organizational settings. Apart from that Jan has done several courses in change management, effective communication and consulting.
Jan’s approach is a sharp analysis combined with a mild process in which he focuses on “what works” also known as the appreciative enquiry. What are the helpful resources of the coachee and how did the coachee manage to come this far ? Using his own intuition and a methodic way of working which suits the coachees context the best Jan conducts the coachee to arrive at the heart of the matter.
Coachees experience Jan as the ideal travel companion in their own process of de-velopment.
